    <p num="0001">ABSTRACT Nonwoven fabric and method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric The invention relates to a nonwoven fabric comprising continuous filaments, wherein the filaments are multi-component filaments and comprise at least one first polypropylene component containing a base-polypropylene and at least one second polypropylene component containing a base-polypropylene. The melting point difference between the base-polypropylene of the first polypropylene component and the base-polypropylene of the second polypropylene component is less than 5 °C. The base-polypropylene of the first polypropylene component and the base-polypropylene of the second polypropylene component were polymerized with a catalyst of the same catalyst class.
