    <p num="0001">&lt;p&gt;The invention relates to a robot for rubber latex exploitation. The robot comprises three major parts namely tapping arm, moving frame and rail-based guide system; it is capable of locating bark surface, position of the previous secant, bark thickness to meet the demands of secants; it is equipped with a navigation system that enables the robot to automatically move, locate tree, position of the previous secant on the trunk to automatically perform the rubber tapping for an area covering multiple trees.&lt;/p&gt;</p>
