A composition for cogon grass (Imperata cylindrica) paper, intended for use as a raw material in commercial applications such as lamps, keychains, or paper bags. The current utility model utilizes mature cogon grass as the primary fiber source, processed to achieve a paper product composed of 80.15% cogon grass pulp, 6.11% caustic soda, 12.72% chlorine, and 1.02% fast-dye. The process involves sun-drying the harvested grass, cutting, boiling with caustic soda, blending to a fine pulp, bleaching with chlorine, and dyeing with fast-dye. The pulp is then molded using a silk screen, dried on breathable cloth, and hung out in the sun to dry, ensuring uniform moisture removal and energy efficiency. The resulting paper is made with cogon grass, features improved pulp texture, and is available in multiple colors, offering an eco-friendly alternative material for sustainable products.
