The present utility model relates to a method of producing and utilizing a fermented banana peel extract (FBPE) as a liquid feed supplement for poultry. The method involves the collection of ripe and unripe banana peels, which are thoroughly washed to remove surface contaminants, sliced into uniform pieces of approximately three centimeters, and placed into separate fermentation containers. The prepared banana peels are individually mixed with molasses at a 1:1 ratio to form fermentation mixtures, which are then sealed and allowed to ferment at room temperature for a period of seven days. After fermentation, the mixtures are filtered using a clean mesh to obtain liquid fermented banana peel extracts. The resulting fermented banana peel extracts are subsequently diluted in unchlorinated water to prepare a ready-to-use poultry drinking water supplement. The dilution concentrations were 30, 35 and 40 milliliters of fermented extract per liter of water, with specific formulations provided for both ripe and unripe banana peel extracts.
