A dehydrated dumpling is disclosed comprising a dumpling wrapper and a dumpling stuffing enclosed within the dumpling wrapper. The dumpling wrapper comprises a mixture of flour, sweet purple potato (Ipomoea batatas), and blue ternate (Clitoria ternatea), while the dumpling stuffing comprises sea grapes (Caulerpa lentillifera) and Indian oil sardine (Sardinella longiceps). The dumpling is provided in a dehydrated state suitable for storage prior to consumption. Various embodiments define compositional ranges for the wrapper and the stuffing while maintaining the fundamental structure of a wrapper enclosing a stuffing.
